Nextran offers training for all parts, service, sales, leasing, and support positions. For technicians, we provide company-paid OEM training to assist you in obtaining your Mack and Volvo Master Certifications.
Dress as is appropriate for the professional representation of the job you are applying for. For our parts and service team, polo shirts and slacks are great (but not required) whereas jeans and tee shirts are not as impressive. For our professional and sales roles – dress to impress your customers!
Yes! Of course, this requires some coordination and discussion, as there must be a business need for your skills at the location you are seeking to relocate to.
Nextran is focused on setting our employees on track for a successful career! Prior to day one, you will complete all your administrative paperwork electronically so that we can spend the first day sharing what Nextran is all about, and how your contributions will fit into our overall success. You will also have time with your Department Manager to meet and greet the team, see the facility, and get acclimated to your workspace, technology, and job expectations.
