Uptime service

Being Volvo and Mack Uptime Certified means our goal is to quickly assess your truck and prioritize it for repair. Check-in and initial diagnostics will be completed within 2 hours. Based on what we find, your truck will then be routed to the appropriate bay for repairs.

Uptime bays

Uptime Bays are designed for diagnosing trucks and to perform shorter diagnostics and repairs. This way, we ensure your quick repairs are not waiting on long jobs – all repairs that take less than 4 hours to complete will be performed in an Uptime Bay.

Advanced bays

Trucks that require greater than 4 hours of work, or advanced diagnostics, will be routed to one of our Advanced Bays.
