“Mack Madison” Named Mack Maters Competition Finalists
The Mack Masters Competition, a biennial event designed to evaluate participants’ knowledge of Mack’s service systems and procedures, has concluded with a new team earning the right to call themselves Mack Masters champions.
The “Mack Madison” team from Nextran Truck Center in Madison, AL, were named one of 8 finalists in the biennial competition.
The competition featured hands-on stations with specific service situations that had to be completed in 30 minutes or less. Teams were required to rotate to all nine stations to complete the challenge.
