What’s your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my job is the customer interaction. I enjoy making a difference and helping them work through the repair process.
What advice would you give to a new Nextran employee?
Keep your head up and stay on top of all the training opportunities to learn and grow your knowledge of the industry. I also would congratulate them because now they’re working for BEST sales and service center around!
As we approach the launch of the Nextran Foundation, what do you hope to see the Nextran family achieve to help the community?
I hope to see a growth in local giving, whether it be monetary or volunteering. To help with people in need, to be able to highlight worthwhile causes and build a stronger community. Take on a challenge. Getting involved in something new can be very intimidating, yet very rewarding. I can’t wait to get started!
If you could open a Nextran dealership anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I would open one up right in here the States! I hear the need is great for a dealership with our ‘attitude’ and our pledge to our customers out west in Oklahoma or Colorado.
