Uptime Coordinator - Denver, CO

Nextran Truck Centers (formerly Volvo of Denver) has an immediate opening for an Uptime Coordinator in our Volvo Truck Service Department. Nextran can help you take your career to the next level!

Nextran Truck Centers, a full-service commercial truck dealership, is a growing network from the Southeastern United States and we have been in business for over 25 years! Nextran Truck Centers in Denver sells and services Volvo Trucks. We have recently expanded our network to the Midwest and currently have over 25 locations in the United States, we are committed to developing and growing new talent!

The Uptime Coordinator position at Nextran pays between $16-19 per hour depending on experience. Hours for this position are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday.

The Uptime Coordinator is responsible for the following:

  • Communicate on a daily basis with customers on the status of repairs
  • Help open work orders
  • Help build quotes for customers
  • Help invoice
  • Help advisors as needed
  • Update notes in assist
  • JPRO and pull codes on new customers trucks and prepare writeup ready to open

 

This position requires:

  • Class 8 Truck service experience or knowledge helpful, but not necessary
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer knowledge

  • Must frequently lift and/or move 50 pounds and will be expected to carry and push heavy items regularly (daily).
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
  • Entry and exit from cab of vehicle.
  • Required to sit for an extended period of time (hours) while driving delivery vehicle.
  • The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
