Position Summary
The Regional Lease Account Manager (RLAM) position develops profitable new customer business, and retains and grows the profitability of assigned accounts in the territory. The RLAM will have responsibility for assigned accounts in the territory to focus management attention on the retention and satisfaction of current accounts as well as the responsibility to develop profitable new customer business within the assigned sales territory.
Essential Functions
Educate and develop the prospect or customer’s interests in Nextran (Full Service Lease, New and Used Truck Sales, Parts and Service)
Educate and develop the prospect’s value perception of Nextran services by using the Nextran Sales Process
Develop sales plans, analyzes the profitability of accounts fully understanding the competitive influences and risks within each account

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business and/or marketing or equivalent experience
Three (3) years or more demonstrated consecutive Sales Excellence (quota achievement) in prior sales responsibilities required
