(Pre-Owned Trucks) Sales Coordinator - Kennesaw, Georgia

Job Overview

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of pre- and post-sales processes and administration necessary for the sale and transfer of pre-owned trucks across the Southeast Nextran network of dealerships. S/he is responsible for tracking inventory across internal systems. This individual maintains company-wide pre-owned truck files, communicates the status of vehicle sales with respective dealerships, and serves as the point of contact for regulatory sales audits. S/he works with all areas of Company to ensure excellence in customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintains truck inventory (all pre-owned)
    • Ensures truck information in operating system matches appraisal documentation
    • Accurately and timely reserves trucks
  • Maintains truck files (paper and electronic)
  • Initiates truck transfers between locations
  • Coordinates inventory for all Nextran locations against operating system records
  • Assists all vendors as needed
  • Manages all reporting requirements
  • Ensures List Price for all units (if applicable) appears on websites
  • Assists locations as needed with processing vehicle registrations and lien recordings
  • Updates and Adds units for Mack/Volvo Certified Online Tool
  • Reviews and resolves any open items on internal statements, seeks additional assistance as required
  • Other duties, as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • Basic computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
  • Attention to detail, in all aspects of position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Time management skills
  • Team Player
