Pre-Owned Purchasing Coordinator - Tuscumbia, Alabama

Job Description

Responsible for management of location’s truck files, through accurately completing of all paperwork for any audit process.   Accurately maintaining inventory within all systems.  Ensuring all processes for selling truck are completed.  Works daily with all areas of Company to ensure excellence in customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintaining truck inventory (all pre-owned)
    • Ensure truck information in operating system matches appraisal documentation
    • Accurately and timely reserve trucks
  • Maintain truck files (paper and electronic)
  • Initiate truck transfers between locations
  • Coordinate inventory for all Nextran locations against operating system records
  • Assist all vendors as needed
  • Manages all reporting requirements
  • Ensure List Price for all units (if applicable) so appears on websites
  • Assist locations as needed on processing vehicle registrations and lien recordings
  • Updates and Adds units for Mack/Volvo Certified Online Tool
  • Review and resolve any open items on internal statements, seek additional assistance as required

Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • Basic computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
  • Attention to detail, in all aspects of position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Time management skills
  • Team Player
