A parts delivery driver is responsible for delivering parts to customers on a daily basis.
Job Duties
Pull parts orders in warehouse for deliver
Deliver parts to customer and ensure accuracy by matching parts to invoice
Complete documentation necessary for the delivery and payment of goods
Stock items in warehouse, as needed
Assist in other warehouse duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license
DOT physical and resulting Medical Examiner’s Certificate required
Must pass a driving test
Effective communication skills for relationship building with customers
Basic math, reading, and ability to follow directions
High School Education or GED preferred
Work Environment
Parts delivery drivers spend much of the day in a delivery truck driving to each customer’s location. The parts driver must be able to lift 50 -150 lbs, and will be expected to carry and push heavy items.
