The Outside Parts Salesperson should be thoroughly familiar with parts identification, nomenclature, parts books, and price books, credit policies, accessories, supplier components, MACKMART Merchandiser Catalog and all promotional programs.
He/she should have some experience in the parts and/or Service department, be familiar with the parts market served and have an aptitude for salesmanship.
He/she should be self-motivated and ambitious and is often the key to a successful Parts Department operation.
Attain the sales and gross profit objectives set by the Parts Manager.
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to customers.
The salesperson should be a problem solver for the customers.
He/she must be able to lift 90 lbs plus.
He/she must adhere to good housekeeping and safety rules at all times.
He/she must be able to complete any other assigned task by management.
