Corporate Credit Manager - Orlando

Nextran Rental & Leasing, a division of the NEXTRAN Truck Centers, Inc., is now accepting resumes for a “Corporate Credit Manager” at their headquarters in Orlando Florida. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in credit and collections. This position will oversee the credit process in multiple branches throughout the Southeast. You must have a good work ethic and be a team player that can multi-task in a chaotic environment. Excellent compensation package will include a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity as well as full benefits. Requirements and primary responsibilities are:
Job Requirements:

  • Strong written and computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP
  • Undergraduate degree in finance or accounting
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Credit & Collections
  • Solid understanding of credit reporting agencies (D&B / Equifax)
  • Proficient in reading and analyzing financial statements
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to manage relationships both internally & externally
  • Proven problem solving and customer service skills

Major responsibilities are:

  • Standardize and implement policy documentation related to credit

and customer set up

  • Interface with sales organization & communicate credit decisions on timely basis
  • Make credit decisions within assigned authority
  • Maintain accurate and complete customer files
  • Manage credit issues with customers
  • Provide management with timely reports
  • Manage the accounts receivable process
  • Initiate process improvements to speed up productivity
